The Grizzlies managed without Morant in a 102: 127 victory over the champion • Brooklyn and Durant inflicted a hit for the fourth straight loss • Chicago complicated Cleveland

Eight games were played tonight (Saturday through Sunday) in the NBA and at the focus of the position battles in the East toward the end of the regular season.

Memphis (23:52) - Milwaukee (28:46) 102: 127

Even without its standout JA Morant slam, Memphis recorded a fourth-floor victory when it defeated the champion at home.

Diantoni Melton led the scenes with 24 points (6-of-9 for three), Desmond Bain finished with 20, Dillon Brooks 19 and Jaron Jackson Jr. added 16 en route to an eighth win in the Grizzlies' last nine games.

Yannis Antocompo finished with 30 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks, including 18 points in just the third quarter, as Milwaukee tried to close the gap, with no success.

Chris Middleton added 16 points, and the champion has lost for the third time in the last 13 games.

The Bucks are now tied at 4-3 in the East with Boston, half a game behind Philadelphia and Miami leading.

Miami (28:47) - Brooklyn (35:39) 110: 95

Miami recorded its fourth straight loss, its worst streak this season, and dropped to second place in the East after Philadelphia.

Kevin Durant stood out with 23 points and Seth Kerry assisted him with 17. Tonight (Sunday through Monday, 2:30 p.m.) Brooklyn will host Charlotte, and Kyrie Irving, who scored 11 points against the Heat, will make her home debut this season.

Bam Adbaio led Miami with 14 points, in a game in which his team fell behind with a season-high 37 points.

Assistant coach Chris Quinn stood on the lines of the hit because Eric Spolstra was absent due to family reasons.

Cleveland (33:41) - Chicago (31:43) 98:94

Towards the end of the regular season, Chicago shows how strong it is.

Zack Lavine (25 points) and Damar Druzen (20) secured a victory for the Bulls thanks to a first-half in which they stopped Cleveland on 35 points, halting the comeback attempt in the final quarter.

Darius Garland led the Cubs with 28 points, but that was not enough for his team that came into the game only in the second half and with a third straight loss plus Toronto's win over Indiana, fell behind a game from sixth place, and it may find itself in the play-offs.
